What a wonderful experience I have had with Mr. Grassano and his staff. Raquel in the office was a great help at every step of the way. We have had the most complicated tax years ever and Mario made it easy for us. The service we got was outstanding - he is pleasant and stellar at what he does. I highly recommend him --

At the end of November I went to Mario Grassano's office with a big problem with my 2006 taxes. I was very worried about it. When I met him, he helped me in everything, phone calls to Irs, letters, etc.
He is very profesional and experienced in this matter and I think that without his help I've never could resolve my situation. I'm very thankfull and he got me as a new customer.

I went to his office to file taxes and since day 1 he was really rude to me and my husband, making not funny jokes about us. But we let it go.
After a couple of visits I was expecting my taxes back so I called him to ask if they were filed yet. He told me " No , i need your signature" I told him I wasn't very happy about that, because it was never clear that I needed to go back to his office and sign the papers. HE GOT REALLY UPSET AND INSULTED ME IN SPANIH SAYING: ANDATE A LA CONCHA DE TU MADRE, si NISIQUIERA ME PAGASTE ( """"GO F.....K YOURSELF""", YOU HAVEN'T EVEN PAID ME YET) and hung up on me. I was speechless. Minutes later I called the secretary asking for my papers back. The was the end of my horrible experience with this man.
PLEASE DO NEVER GO TO HIS OFFICE, HE IS REALLY VIOLENT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNHAPPY SO HE TREATS EVERYBODY REALLY BADLY! HIS STAFF AND HIS CLIENTS.
