When I decided to walk into Bluu I was hoping to be impressed. Unfortunately I was not only disappointed by the selection but also by the customer service. We were ignored not even acknowledge with a smile with the salesperson who apparently turned out to be the owner. She just stared at us and would quickly rearrange the items we touched.WE felt very uncomfortable. We left realized it was a bad experience.. called her to ask why the service was horrible she claimed she was the owner and "we " weren't going to buy anything anyways.. and hung up. I wouldn't reccommend spending a dime this boutique. If I could score a negative 100 star i would. Spend your money in these tough times at a store that will appreciate your presence.
PRO:
Very nice boutique in Paseo that carries a variety of labels including: Marc Jacobs, Frankie B., True Religion, Diesel, etc. It's upscale quality at high prices, but you can be sure that you're getting what you pay for. The girls are friendly and great at assisting you find the size you want. I have even received a call from B. Luu when a pair of jeans I wanted (but wasn't in stock at the time of my visitation) in my size was available at the store!
CON:
Pricey, few sale items, poor parking during the weekends.
