Customer Service seems to be a foreign concept to these people. Always surly are the staff, even though there's barely anyone at the store to serve. What's the deal?

The selection and service at OfficeMax is far superior than that of any of their competitors. The environment is clean and organized and the employees are always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Office Max has all the supplies you need for your school, work, and home. One of my favorite service they offer is binding your work. Very neat and nice place to fix all your paper needs. The office max on harrison is very clean and well kept. I would definitely go here again to buy some supplies.

Yes, this Office Max carries essentially anything you could want. Unfortunately, the labels on the aisles were wrong in almost every instance: "Computer Memory" on the end-cap sign actually was for the paper/folder aisle etc etc. It was difficult to find anything I wanted, and, I had to find someone on the floor to direct me to what I needed. Shopping here was a chore.
