Armadillo Willy's Bbq

This location is a disappointment because of mis-management. I'm a big fan of Armadillo Willys BBQ since its early beginnings and feel that I should bring this to your attention before a few bad apples give your business a bad name.

My family went there for the Monday nite 'All You Can Eat' ribs deal, paid for it and when we went back for our first re-fill of ribs, we were told 'Sorry, out of Ribs'. The manager's attitude was not very nice either. He's like 'Oh well, too bad' That was 1.5 hours before closing too.

It was fishy because we paid for the deal over an hour before, and the fact that they sold us the deal meant they had more than enough ribs to go around (at least a couple of rounds).

Further, the server had to re-confirm with the manager and let the manager tell us 'No more ribs'. Why the need to do that when if there REALLY isn't anymore ribs ? This led me to believe the manager was controlling the ribs supply.

There's something fishy going on in that nice location which should be blamed on poor management.

If you cannot fulfill your customers' orders; YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE > That's false advertising !!!

I sincerely hope that you'll take some corrective actions at that location.

I love Armadillo Willy's..... My favorite would be the baby back ribs...but everything is good, including the briskit.
I also love the spicy peanut coleslaw. Original for sure.
The staff here is always friendly. One of my favorite places for a casual meal.
