I have tried various other DCs around Sonoma and have found the chiropractors at Adams to be the best by far. They are thorough in their exams and use the latest techniques to get results. Besides spinal adjustments, the doctors offer helpful nutritional advice and will also give you exercises that will help strength specific areas that need worked on. I have appreciated their suggestions of very simple exercises that give me greater mobility and less pain. You dont need expensive equipment to do them either. I feel like I have an active part in my health care and can help myself stay in shape in between visits. The staff at Adams is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Sometimes the wait may a little longer than Id like, but I just bring a book and enjoy the time to relax.

A group of caring Chiropractic Neurologists - keep your entire family functioning properly. I have been a patient for 20 plus years. My entire family has been treated since they were very small and have grown up healthy. Very caring staff, willing to help in any way.
