1 Stars: Beware of Return Policy (by Ryan T.)

Lids at Fashion Valley Mall is a joke. HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a Padres hat as a gift for someone and took it back brand new with all tags attached and the manager on duty refused to take it back saying it looked "washed". A wool hat, brand new..... stickers and tags on, and this guy said it was "washed". It had never even left the bag it was bought in. The hat is FLAWLESS. I called his manager and they will not return my phone calls. RIP OFF!!!!!

3 Stars: OK (by Greg M.)

I've never really thought anyone would open a hat store, but Lids apparently is one. They have a lot of different kinds of hats (a lot of baseball and other sports related caps), but seriously, I don't see the point of it.

2 Stars: no hats, too expensive (by Jordan H.)

Lids has a very small variety of hats, and for a store known just for that, they definitely do not get the job done. Prices are too expensive and store is too small.

3 Stars: A hat store? (by Eric L.)

I've never really thought anyone would open a hat store, but Lids apparently is one. They have a lot of different kinds of hats (a lot of baseball and other sports related caps), but seriously, I don't see the point of it. They do have some nice hats and all, but its all being sold at retail prices and such. Not a bad store, but the other stuff they sell isn't that great either.

3 Stars: Selection is a little boring. (by Cody J.)

For specializing in hats, the selection is disappointing. There is not that much of a variety of colors. The only variety is teams and sports. The quality of the hats is great though.
