Giovanni's Italian Restaurant

A memorably awful service experience. The place was close to empty when we arrived, now we understand why! Not sure if this establishment has service management on weeknights, but if there is they're not doing their job very effectively. The food itself was fair or better & it could have earned 3 stars based on food & drink alone. However the wait/order staff were dishonest about an error they made with an order, and attempted unconvincingly to blame it on us (the customer). There's nothing to leave a bad taste in your mouth after a restaurant meal quite like a bald faced lie delivered straight into your face by an employee, with eye contact, & with fellow staff jeering and making rude hand gestures in the background to boot! This place really needs to appoint some strong supervisors to keep close tabs on their staff's conduct & ensure customers aren't being mishandled. Ugh, I hope they didn't spit in our food too.

Good Italian food. Room for big parties with varied tastes. Great pizza with lots of choices. Clean and a great staff when we were there. Lots of help in answering questions pertaining to the menu and ready with refills on drinks. A little hard to see from the street but worth hunting for.

I didn't care for the pizza here, but the pasta dishes are really good and the family atmosphere is relaxed and they make you feel really important. Service was very good.

We have alot of parties here for our sports teams. The pizza is ok but what they offer as a party room makes it worth it. There is plenty of room upstairs with the bar for adults and pool tables/video games for the kids to stay entertained.

Great true Italian Food. Family owned and operated. This is a great place to have a birthday party or we usually have our
TEAM parties here. They have a large upstairs room with games for the kids and pool tables. Great Fun place with good food.

They have fresh Italian food. Their pastas are wonderful and entrees are flavorful and of the highest quality. The resaturant is nicely decorated.The dining experience is wonderful.
A great place for both special occasions and everyday dining. Their food is delicious and fresh, service is attentive.
