I'm one of those people who has embraced the internet for shopping, education, everything. For 2 weeks I did endless searches on all the diamond websites to become familiar with the 4 C's. Espeicially the "Cut" . While I was doing that, I also visited, emailed, and called Steve at INTA. He was so patient, answering all my questions. As I narrowed my search, it came down to a diamond on Blue Nile or one that he was offering. He never pressured me. Tina helped me pick out a fabulous setting, but they told me that I could buy either diamond and that would be fine! I decided to go with the INTA one, F-VS2-1.09-Excellent cut. When it came down to it, there was no substitute for customer service. Where other jewelers in the same area became annoyed with all my questions, Steve and his salespeople welcomed them. The family is wonderful also. I will be back and my friends are going to join me.
