John Muir Urgent Care

I am not pleased with the service. Everytime I've had to come here I have to wait for hours..it's on the same level as the emergency room. I don't find them to be accomodating whatsoever. It's supposed to be somewhere you can go when you have no other options but I don't find them to be helpful at all.

Just moved here and did not have a doctor.I was feeling bad again as I did in Las Vegas alot. Thought I would just get a pain shot, the same stuff they have given me for 2 years in Vegas (no way) these doctors wanted to know what was going on, ran a batch of tests and found the problem 8 doctors and 2 years of testing in Vegas could not find.This is not a (get them in get them out ) clinic these people really care! yes the doctors are young but they are up on the very latest stuff, think about it do you want a guy who's been out of school 35 years or someone who has the latest info?

I go here when my regular doctor can't fit me in or it's after hours and I really need to see someone. They have always been accomodating in seeing me right away. The doctors are always different though and some seem a little junior. However, they have always helped the situation or given me a prescription to see me through until my regular doctor could see me.
