The Bold Knight of San Jose

We made reservations for Valentines Day. We showed up a fe minutes early. Walked inside to check-in, and were informed that our name was on the list. We were so upset... The woman was so rude basicly acusing us of lying about our reservations. We tryed to call and complain but the manager wouldnt speak to me and actually hung up on me 3 times. I was so disheartened. There we were on Valentines Day with no place to celebrate. Needless to say we havent returned and dont plan on it. I so miss the old Bold Knight!!!!

I dont recomend and will not return :(

The Bold Knight is a classy steak house. They serve the best New York Steak, you would not be disappointed. The restaurant is real clean and elegant. Cheese fondue is served while your waiting for your meal. Oh so yummy!
