I adore their yoga classes here. Every time i need an escape from the realities of life and need to go to my zen I stop by here. I leave feeling so rejuvenated and ready to tackle the world.
Its a small studio but that's what gives it a very individual and personal experience. You get more attention and care than if you were at a huge yoga studio.
Dont worry if you dont know much about yoga. The instructors show you how to do the poses and talk you through it so you feel comfortable doing them in no time flat!

I love their yoga classes. I love their staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your experience is enjoyable. Everytime I come in I am sincerely welcomed. I like that they carry organic and natural products. I'm a environmentalist, so I can appreciate it when a small business trys its best to be green friendly.

I've been going to this tiny spa for the last 10 years for miscellaneous services because Sophia is the best-est! Although I live in Seattle now, I still stop by to get at least one service done while I'm in town. It's been hard to find someone in my hometown who can do a good brow wax & who isn't scared to use scissors on those bad boys. I also recommend the Oxygenating Facial too which I can vouch does wonders for stressed skin.
Pros: superb aesthetician, great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, product selection
Cons: parking, need other locations
