We purchased several dressers and book cases from Culver Furniture and we have been very happy with them. They are all made of good quality wood - we put a clear finish on them and they look great.
I bought a drawer here. I like the unfinished wood look. If you buy your own gloss, you can do the finish on it. It's really fun and the quality of the furniture is great. Sometimes if you can't find the right piece at the furniture store, I would check here to see if you see your item. There is quite a selection of items here. Not cheap, but definitely good quality.
Art and staff have a great business in Culver City. Offering fine unfinished furniture at reasonable prices, Culver Furniture is a top notch business. We purchased a wonderful high chair and a newspaper rack on our last visit, and the stuff was so good, we haven't even bothered to finish them, yet.
I love this store. It brings out my creative side. The furniture is all ready to finish so you just have to pick your paint or varnish. The staff are very helpful and will step you through all the steps. The furniture is a little pricey but good quality.

I have bought several pieces from this store and have been happy with everything. The dressers that I purchased 15 years ago are still in great shape, and the breakfast nook I ordered for my kitchen last year fit the space perfectly.
