John Yekikian & Assoc

After paying through the nose for an upscale dentist with flat screen tv's at every station, the Ferrari of dentists, i switch to Dr. Yekikian and he's been great. i can get in at a moments notice (chipped tooth-come in an hour), he's polite, i'm in and out in no time and i have saved HUNDREDS of dollars b/c he's in my network and offers affordable pricing. He's like a Ford Taurus, nothing fancy, but reliable, solid, and affordable. I'd recommend him anyday-just don't expect Coach leather.

I have been seeing him for a few years and as soon as my dental plan allows me to switch dentists, there is no doubt I will. He is not very friendly or gentle. The receptionist and hygenist are very nice though. (Even though last time she ddn't even offer me a toothbrush or floss!) Scheduling is horrible, you can't get a cleaning and fillings on the same day let alone 2 fillings in one day, that has never been the case at any other dentist i have ever been to. You end up going there 3 times Perhaps they are milking you for your co-pay $ for the office visits....hmmmmm.....

PROS: very nice receptionist and hygentists
CONS: everything else

Dr. Yekikian ripped us off. He billed our insurance for a cleaning that we never received. He did this in order to get extra $$. Do not go to him. His bedside manner leaves something to be desired. His hygenist is nice, but I can't just give him 2 stars for that.
