We have first rented and then purchased pianos from Carnes. The rental agreement was quite reasonable, and could be credited towards the purchase of a piano from them. We also received a reasonable discount from them on the piano we purchased, and later upgraded to a nicer model with full credit. They have a good selection of both rentals and new pianos in the store, and are helpful in selecting the right model for your needs.
