3 Stars: Time for movies (by HEIDI L.)

This blockbuster is very conveniently located in Tustin Market Place by Ralph's & open till late. They can make the store look newer since it's in Tustin Market Place, but the staffs are really cool and they have all the movies I look for. Check it out if you feel like renting a movie.. but if you return movies late, ouchy~~~!!!

3 Stars: Not bad (by Henri M.)

I go to this blockbuster quite often using the movie pass. I zip in and then zip out. Only a few times have I had to wait longer than 5 mintues. Fast service. I don't understand what type of "service" is needed here for satisfactory as other raters are not too happy about this location. I find that this is much better than online rentals because you can actually get to rent the most recent releases without being put in the "forever wait" queue for online rental.

PROS: Fast, cheap
CONS: none

4 Stars: (by Gabriel P.)

No can do on this place. First of all why is blockbuster even around anymore. The selections are so poor and limited that it's a waste of time to go. The only movies they always have in stock are the horrible "blockbuster movies" that most people have already seen. To top it off the staff is always apathetic and you feel like you're asking for $100 from them if you ask one question. Negative, negative don't go.

No thanks, no fun and rude staff. I don't know what is up with Blockbuster but you rarely find the latest movie in stock and you rarely get nice service. Even asking a question could make you feel like a loser at the end of the night. I don't like to go to a store only to feel like the staff doesn't want you there. NO, NO, NO don't come here.

I came here once with my cousin and as I expected the staff was so unfriendly and super unhelpful. I don't know what it is about Blockbuster but every single one I've ever been to has rude service. It is such a turn off and it seems like every location hires the same type of person. They obviously don't care about good service.

1 Stars: (by John R.)

Good luck getting any help here with anything other than a simple checkout unless a 'manager' is present. Somehow they managed to cross my card with another member and no-one could help until the manager showed up. That was somewhat understandable except that they were effing rude about it. I've been in many times and the staff have a hard time finding anything on the shelves (don't they work there?). Worst of all, I couldn't find anyone to help find a movie and waited in line to ask for help. Once they walked me over to the movie they then insisted I had to wait in line again to actually pay for it. Good grief. I'm just going to sign up for Netflix and stop paying the $4.50 for bad service.
