Horrid abusive deal with my mother for a used rental. ex: $1700 for a 5 yr/100k warranty (that began upon initial purchase at 0 miles/yrs). She thought it was 5 yr+, they didn't correct her. Thieves at best.

We currently own 2 vehicles from Hamer Toyota. Each of the sales reps that assisted us were experts on the vehicles we purchased. Our favorite part was when we signed our papers, they rang a bell to announce a new Toyota owner. They also have an amazing parts/service department

I bought and leased several vehicles from this dealership. I bought another vehicle before my lease was up. I brought a buyer to take over the vehicle. This went smooth. Toyota credit withdraw the next months lease payment while the vehicle was sold to someone else. I called the dealership and it took them two days to find the paperwork. I was told that it would be corrected. Several weeks went by, I followed up in person. I was told that a refund was sent to the buyer!! When I checked with the buyer, they told me they never received a refund from Hamer Toyota. Hamer Toyota tried to pass the blame to Toyota Credit, the problem is they never paid off the vehicle and I got to pay for their mistake. This is after they took in an additional $3,000 profit from the sale. Very frustrating experience! Never got my money back.

To make it more interesting, Toyota Hamer had in their web page the name of a famous troubleshooter (advocate for consumers) Judd Mcllvain. It kind of represented that they were ok to do business with this dealership. I Sent him e-mails and guess what he wrote back? that he did not receive my e-mails!!! I guess he is really challenged by the electronic age. His name was removed from the Hamer Toyota web site a time later. No help from the acclaimed troubleshooter.

Hamer toyota is one of the largest dealerships in this part of the valley. they usually have a wide selection of cars to choose from, although the few times i went they did not have the one i wanted. salesmen are helpful and friendly, location is convenient and prices are reasonable.

Hamer Toyota is the best dealership in the valley. This company is all about their customers and it shows in their work. I have never met such a genuine group of car salesmen! This company went above and beyond the call to make my experience the best. Iwould recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated right.
