They have a great showroom with a fantastic selection of tiles for every area of your home. The staff is not friendly, especially when they find out you have a very small job. They are also very pricey. Still I recommend visiting them because you will find good quality and a good variety you won't find anywhere else.

Wow! This is the most impressive showroom I've ever seen! We searched from San Francisco to San Jose for tile for our remodel and Artistic had the best selections and an awesome staff. Cynthia showed us some tile that we really loved , but the price seemed kind of high. So she showed us several less exensive options, Of course the tile we really loved was what we ended up with, because Cynthia took a lot of time in explaining the differences between the different tiles. We used the lower priced tile in less important rooms. Cynthia even drew up some terrific designs which helped our contractor estimate exactly what we needed. We then found some perfect slabs in their warehouse. The tile had to be special ordered, but it only took a week. When the tile arrived, we got a call from A.J. who loaded us up, and went over each piece as it was loaded. The boxes were labeled for the room it was intended for, and we had drawings to help the contractor. All in all, the level of service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The Selection was so large it was difficult to decide what was right for me.
We were building a new house and wanted to have unique looks for each room
Cynthia, who is a well known tile designer asked us all the right questions, and eventually, after about 5 visits to the store, we finally made all of our selections. Cynthia actually was calling us as late as 8:30 or 9:00 she worked so hard on our project.
everything came in on time, and our contractor, who recommended Artistic Tile & Stone to us did a beautiful job installing the complex patterns.
We LOVE our new home thanks the the terrific design ideas from Cynthia/
