I needed to get my passport photos done and I got them done here. While they were satisfactory, the guy who took my pictures was very rude and I would not go there again. The guy who worked there gave me the wrong change and when I told him, he was very rude and acted as if he did not believe me. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? Their customer service could really improve. I would not recommend going there.

Although a bit on the pricey side, Fromex offers very high quality prints with a very wide variety of backdrops, prints, and merchandise. Their photographers are very professional with most of the prints coming out to be stunning. They also do events and sometimes offer discounts on their packages. Their backdrops are very pretty, compared to cheesier ones at mall photographers. Fromex also holds onto your photos for months, allowing you to come back to get reprints months later. Their processing time is average. Parking can sometimes be a pain since they share a rather small lot with at least 12 other businesses.

Fromex One Hour Photo Systems gives great quality and price. Though many choose to have their prom picture taken at the actual dance, they offer wonderful prices for pre-prom pictures. They also put the theme of the prom or dance and the year on the photos. They're props are amazing and add a wonderful touch to anything you may be wearing.
