Yuen Yang Bakery

This Chinese bakery has everything from scrumptious pastries and cakes to a diverse array of breads. The pricing is competitive, not too expensive. My family loves the delicious cream rolls as well as the bean curd balls with sesame seeds.

I often stop by after visiting my friend's apartment complex. This bakery is situated next to Ocean's supermarket and a chinese fast food joint. Ocean is kind of a poor man's Ranch 99. The bakery is chock full of asian treats. The typical pineapple, coconut, custard pastries, as well as fresh baked bread, cakes, and other desserts.

I usually spring for a couple fresh baked rolls (99 cents!) and a sweet roll or two. Everything is baked fresh daily and the service is friendly and prompt.

This bakery does not really compete well with the other bakeries in the area; their stuff isn't as good as the baked goods from the others. Everything is a more crude, but it is also cheaper. I usually only stop by only if I am shopping at the nearby Ocean Supermarket. There are better bakeries in the area, so I suggest that you skip this one.
