Appliance Depot has been a fixture in San Carlos for a while and I went there at the recommendation of a satisfied friend. They carried the hard-ish to find items I was looking for and were friendly when I purchased them. I ended up having to wait a month longer than I was quoted for my new washer/dryer and therefore had no washer/dryer in our new house for the same period of time. When I called to inquire, the staff would give me vague answers about the location of my washer/dryer and the timing for its delivery. It finally arrived and was installed but without a single apology or other compensation from Appliance Depot.
