I was happy with their services until recently. Although I had not gone there since they moved, it was a completely different experience. I brought in my own pair of Oakley glasses and had my eye exam to get a new prescription put on them. I was told that these glassess were very difficult to cut and so that it would take "about a week" to get them back. A week came and went and I started calling them and all I got was the run around. I finally got them back after two weeks. I wore them for another 2 weeks and they broke! The lens got separated from the temple piece. These were not a cheap pair of glasses mind you. I paid $300 for the frames and these people charged me $400 for putting the glass on them. I took them back and they told me that they would have to send them back to Oakley and that again, "it would take about a week". It has been a week and half and nothing. No phone call to let me know what is going on...nothing! I went back today and they told me that they had originally said it would be up to 2 weeks. I was fuming by this point! I will never go back to this place. Eye glass stores and optometrists are a dime a dozen and I am very sorry I chose this place!

Looks like this store has new owners and the last two reviews were from the old owners days.

I bought a pair of prescription glasses here last month and was very happy with the service and the price. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and patient. They did not try to push any particular model and were mainly concerned with how the frame fit and how it looked on me.

I am definitely going back to buy more and highly recommend them./

This store doesn't resemble a professional business. Their optometrists are unhelpful and sit there. Their glasses are overpriced and the workers don't bother to help with selection. Most of all, they like to sit there and watch you even if you ask for their help.

They offer no special ideas and there is usually no optometrist in the building. Don't come here

Unfriendly and overpriced, this is not the place to go if customer service is important to you. If you want a copy of your records, they won't give them to you (though for some reason they want to keep them).
