In my experience with this dental office I have found the doctors to be very good with children. We love Dr. Heidi but we have had some issues with the rest of the office.
First off they don't accept credit, debit or personal check so you really only have the choice of paying cash. Second they make you pay $30.00 for a 'medicine' that you give your child 30 minutes or so before you go to their office that is supposed to relax your child. They also make you sign a paper saying, if during your child getting the fillings they become restless and won't allow them to finish they will be able to strap your child to the chair. They also make you pay for the work before it is even done. When my daughter got her work done I paid beforehand and when they were done they told me they ended up doing less than they planned to do. Getting my money back then and there was a real pain in the rear. I live 30 minutes away so there was no way I was leaving that office without my money being returned to me. After I told them that they finally got the person in charge of that to refund my money then a few weeks I recieved a bill in the mail saying I was undercharged!!! Like I said before my children and I love Dr. Heidi but I don't think I will be returning there because it is just too much of a hassle. I would not recommend this dental office after that ordeal. The only reason I gave them 3 stars was because of Dr. Heidi herself.
