1 Stars: Guardsman as a whole has some serious issues (by Debbie F.)

In a computer generated world, this company does not seem to know how to use the internet. They do not have a customer service email and all claims have to be sent by snail mail. It takes forever and a day to get any one to respond back and frankly, they ruined my sectional and I am still trying to get them to resolve the issue. It has been over 9 months!

1 Stars: Total rip off - don't waste your money (by A S.)

After reporting a accidental tear in our leather, it took more than 2 months to get an appointment. But the worst part is the quality of the job. The techinician just glued the torn piece and painted over it. The patch is so clearly visible that I could have done a better job with a $10 kit from home depot instead of spending $200 for a $1300 sofa. The customer service is also horrible and it is a pain to talk to them.

Please note, they are not like an automible insurance company where you expect the damage will not be seen after a repair. Guardsman agree that they just do a repair job which is nothing more than patch job
