This guy is terrible First, I called them to get a part number for a Husky 510 radiator. He basically told me that he doesnt give out part numbers and that as my dealer, he should be the one finding me parts. Then he pretended to take another call to get me off the line. A**hole move Then, when I bought the radiator and wanted it charged to a credit card, he actually charged me 4% on top because "Visa charges him that". BOO HOO, its called an operating expense. If you dont want to pay that, dont accept credit cards! Pretty simple! But thats just the light stuff. Heres the really funny part. Brought in my Husky 510 for a regular valve adjustment and had to wait 2 weeks for it. First he didnt have parts in stock, then he had to finish other jobs (ones that came in after me), and then, about $780 dollars and 2 weeks later, I had my bike back. But wait, there's more! Less than 200 miles of easy street riding later, the bike simply failed. I took it to a real bike shop who tore it apart and found the shim that goes between the cam and valve rocker arm loose! The cam chain tensioner was "hand tight" as well. This caused the valve to stick. The head got knocked off and basically destroyed the inside of my engine. I gave Eric a call (who had just worked on that very part of my engine, oh just a few weeks prior) and of course his answer was, "Well, it could be any number of things, but the thing to remember, is that it is just a machine". Yes Eric, it is just a machine. A machine that will work just fine if you put it back together correctly. Of course I got nothing out of him. He wanted more money just to look at it. Never again will I use this shop for anything

Great place to have your KTM worked on. They know everything about KTMS. The staff is awesome and know what they are talking about. Great place for anyone to go!

I finally bought a 2009 KTM 450 EXC for a very competitive price! I have been drooling over Eric's bikes for 20 years but, always went with the cheaper Japanese bike. Wow, am I happy with my new 450 EXC!

The owner, Eric, and his mechanic, Bret, both spent time explaining the features of the bike. I am certainly pleased with the service and expertise of the shop. Along with the price of the bike, I received expert advice on proper break-in and set-up for my specific type of riding.

I had the assumption that Eric's was for "hard-core" motorcyclists and that there was a high price premium for their services. Although, I do think they have the knowledge to service the most "hard-core" riders, I think their prices are competitive with any other shop. In fact, some of their accessories are less expensive than I was able to find elsewhere. Without a doubt, their knowledge and customer service is superior to any Bert's, chapparal or other huge dealership.

Thanks Eric's!

I have lived in Pasadena since 1976 32years. This Bike shop is hard core. I got a ATK motorcycle years ago. I called it the desert thumper. I used to go to Baja once a year. One big group of dirt bike people would go down to the tip and back. Was the best one week off I have ever had..
I still see he is there On Walnut. KTMs are one of the best dirt bike product today!!

Do not go to Eric's motorcycle shop. This guy will rip you off. I took my KTM 450 EXC on oil leak due to loose screw and he ended up charging me $530.00 for a simple service which included adjusting valves, oil change, and other usual service check. He said it took over 6 hours to do these tasks, which is full of s*h*i*t because how does an experienced KTM mechanic spend over 6 hours for doing a routine work???

In addition, he is an arrogant mo*fo. No customer service skills at all. I don't mind spending money for a reliable work but does he have to make all of his money from a novice rider like me?

Eric's motorcycle totally sucks. Never going to that shop again.

I went to Eric's to look at used bikes as I wanted to get back into riding. There was a small assortment in front for sale on consignment. I asked the mechanic Bret what he thought a good bike would be for me, he suggested a 2001 KTM 400 EXC (the one I knew I wanted before asking). Then I asked what he would do to it if he bought it and how much would it cost. I negotiated a price with the seller, bought it, had Bret dial it in at Eric's. I came back later and purchased a new 2005 KTM 950 Adventure off the floor. I have all my service work done at Eric's and come by the shop frequently to lust over the new bikes and question Eric about upgrading my dirt bike to maybe a new 525. He knows me and always tells me the 400 is a perfect bike for you, just ride it. I know he's right, besides Malcolm Smith rides one too.

Great place to find parts for your older Euro bikes. There is nothing about motorcycles that these guys could not help you with. One of the best things in pasadena. Always has the newest bikes on display, to include huskies and husabergs, and more. Some used bikes that you can make deals on. Any parts, any problem, I go there.

A great place to view KTM motorcycles. These are motorcycles that are unigue and very up and coming even though they have been around a while. Helpful sales staff that know the bikes.

PROS: Wide selection of interesting motorcycles.
CONS: Parking is bad because their lot is small
