We have such confidence in Jack Mukhar that we've followed him to Sunnyvale Ford from Peninsula Ford. We won't go anywhere else.
This was great. I had shopped around and Sunnyvale Ford offered a deal and followed on that which was not the experience in another dealer.
Overall was pretty good experience. There was some confusion on when my car would be in since it was coming new from factory so I could not say if this was an issue on their end or Ford's factory end. a little more communication would been nice but over all satisfied.
Dina was fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car from Sunnyvale Ford. The Sunnyvale Ford team went above and beyond expectations to help us with our purchases.

Overall really good, I appreciated that the salesperson made it a priority to actually show me how the features I wanted worked. This was not the first dealership I went to, and I had that issues at the other one, include another Ford dealership.

Told them I had to be out of the dealership by a certain time to go to work and they honored that. They had me out right on time.

We were out looking at purchasing a vehicle. We needed a car that would be perfect as I was a Football team Mom, Volleyball mom...so I needed a car that would haul all these kids..My cousin told me about this dealership, and so we went to check it out. We were assisted by Zach. He was genuinely caring and willing to help us with our search. I mean he really cared about our situation and wanted to find the right car for us...He spent time with us finding just the right car, and making sure that we would be able to afford it too! To make a long story short...we came in looking for 1 car and left with a Ford Expedition and a Chevy Monte Carlo. Now that is what I call a salesman!! Caring, knowlegable, effective salesperson. If every dealership had a person like Zach working for them...well, need I say more!! Keep up the great work Zach!!
Amazing place to buy a car!! Ken and Ahmad were very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest! Ken showed us a full selection of used vehicles and new ones that we were interested in. He wasn't concerned about trying to sell us something he thought we should get, just really trying to find out what we wanted and how he could make it affordable. We ended up getting a brand new Ford Escape for at least $5,000 cheaper than any used ones I had seen anywhere else. I went to countless dealerships and spent hours online, yet got exactly what I wanted the day after I came here. I highly recommend Ken and Ahmad (who made the actual buying process SO much easier, really funny guy) to all of my friends and family... I took probably 15 of their cards and have almost given all of them out. I got a great payment plan that is so affordable, I will be paying double my payment every month.
I just bought a new Ford Fiesta with Sunnyvale Ford and I had such a good experience that I had to write a review before I forgot! The staff is friendly in that car dealership way but they were very helpful and willing to work with me on finding exactly what I wanted for the price I needed. My experience was great and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends!
I just bought a ford focus titanium here and I had fun doing it. I found Ken to be very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Love the car, love the sales staff. I bought my f150 supercrew truck here about 10 years ago and I've had it serviced numerous times for normal wear and tear things - the service department never let me down.
Well ran dealership! Low pressure sales people, great inventory, and great deals. They had an awesome selection of both used and new cars. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
