I had a surprise leaking in my car's engine and was referred to this little shop. When I brought it in for an estimate, I thought it would be a quick fix. Well it wasn't and I was without a ride home or a car in general. John offered a loaner car to me while they worked on mine for a couple days. The only caveat was that I had to return the car with a full tank of gas! Can you believe it! I was surprised at this gesture and took him up on his offer. They fixed the leak and I had a ride for a couple days to get to work.

A link to a trusted mechanic is a rare and valuable referral. As much as I hate to tell others about John's Automotive Care, I want to see Jimmy G., Dana, Jason, Chad, and John E. continue to prosper in the new year. After our friend's memorial service we found ourselves looking for a new mechanic for the first time in over twenty years. We followed up on the recommendations of friends until we sent our 20 year old son to John's. Amazingly, he was treated fairly even though he was obviously a babe in the woods when it comes to cars. Since then we have taken all of our work to John's. Sure, I could have taken the car in myself but that would not have tested the character of the shop in the same way. The price is reasonable, the staff courteous, the work timely and professional, and even a youngster is treated right.

John does an awesome job on servicing any vehicle we take our Jeep to him. Always quick reliable service, and a fair price. John is a great guy who deserves the business. Highly recommend.

I recently had my oil changed and a tune up done on my car at Johns automotive the service was great. they finished my car quick and they have competitive prices. i am going to have any other work i need done here.

Reliable, efficient local automotive care with great customer service

My family has been going to John's Automotive longer then I have been driving. The service is always exceptional. I always have a multitiude of questions and they are always willing to answer them. The work is always done in a timely manner and they never hesitate to contact you if there are any unforeseen issues/complications. I have never had any issues with work done at John's, where as they have had to fix things I had worked on elsewhere. I will continue taking my car here as long as I am living in the area.
Pros: Reliability, location, staff, timeliness, efficiency.
Cons: Distance. A bit of a drive for me, but definetely worth it.

Best automotive repair in town

Service was great! Reasonable prices and very honest people. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Very ethical. Overall great experience. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.
Pros: clean shop, great warranty, shops been in neighborhood for a long time
