Beethoven Market

This is a great little neighborhood market. I often walk there to pick up some milk or a loaf of bread. It is clean and everyone is always friendly. The kids love stopping there after school to pick up a snack.

we visit this store constantly and are always greeted by name by the owner and staff. Luis is a kind and courteous employee and being able to walk to a corner market and chat with neighbors while picking up a quart of milk or the morning paper is one of very few smalltown touches you can enjoy in L.A.

PROS: friendly, pretty well stocked for a corner market
CONS: they don't offer the discounts that big stores do, but that's OK ;0)
