O'MammaMia Review
by Neopi
I wanted to have a large (22 people!) luncheon at O? MammaMia. When I spoke to the restaurant in advance about preparing for this large of a group, they were very accommodating and let me set up the date and food orders in advance. When the time for the event came, they were prepared and professional and they even let us set up balloons and gifts at the table for our guests! The food was very good, and just as we had ordered. I definitely recommend this place for lunch?whether it?s just one person or 20 people. The food is excellent and is delivered in a timely manner. The staff is very accommodating and helpful as well.

Great lunch stop in the Wilshire district
by netter1
O'Mamamia is a great place for lunch as our offices are nearby. In the middle of Koreatown, it's nice to have an alternative cuisine. If you work in the Wilshire district and haven't tried this little Italian place, take some friends for lunch or an early dinner. I guarantee you'll go back and back.
Pros: Near the office

Consistenly Good. Italian Food
by llyonize
I have been going to O'Mamamia for many years. The food and the service is always consitently good, no matter what I have had. They have great salads, I like the chopped the best, tasty pastas..ala vodka (yum) and filling chicken dishes topped with some amazing stuff. It's a great place to go for a business lunch or just a lunch with a few friends. And I just recnetly found out that they are now open for dinner, so this would be a great dinging spot before going to a show at the Wiltern as it is just down the street and there are not many options around there.. If you have not tired it I would reccomend it.
Pros: Bread Knots, reasonably priced

O' how I love O'Mamamia!!
by travelbugg1980
This place is italian-heaven in the middle of Korea Town!! I heard it was good and I was not at all dissappointed!! I had the Spaghetti Carbonera one day, came back for chicken ceasar salad, and came back again for the pannini, and not once could I finnish my meal the portions were so generous! (also maybe because I ate so many garlic rolls!!) The owner was very nice and we had a good little chat while there was a quiet lapse. The restaurant just recently opened for dinner, and so your service at this time will be very very fast right now b/c it's still a little slow for them. But dont get scared away by empty tables because your meal will make up for the echos! Lunch is a totally different story though--it seems to stay pretty crowded, but for LA it's still decent on prices and speed of service.
Pros: Yummy!
Cons: Not much of a dinner crowd--but I think that's a PRO b/c I get all the attention!!

Carbonara Ahh! :) - Service Blah :(
by bambean
Their spaghetti carbonara is a rich combination of noodles, a thick cream sauce, green onions and crisp and generous bacon morsels. There are qualms about inconsistency . . . the rolls range day to day from fresh from the oven and covered in herbs to dried up and bland . . . the specials can be so-so, but a good portion of the menu is sure to please both taste and pocketbook. Service however is a consistent disappointed. As this place is within walking distance for most of the lunch time crowd they should have the routine pretty well down. They can be slow to serve but the wait for change is a real problem. On two occasions I encountered identical situations leading me to unpleasant suspicions. After we received our $25 bill and placed two $20 dollar bills in the folder we waited for more than 10 minutes before reminding them that we needed change. On both occasions they brought back $5, on both occasions I had to ask for them to correct this $10 error and received no apology.

very resonable price
by kitty_kitty
Their price is very resonable.
For example, their Penne pesto (which is my favorite is $6.50, and if you wanna add chicken or shrimp, you pay some extra.
However, it's still under 10 bucks.
You can have nice lunch under $20 for two.
The only thing that bothers me is that their business hour.
But, Penne pesto and Eggplant parmegian sandwitch are worth to try!!
Pros: resonable price
Cons: , parking
