There are a lot of good restaurants and take out places in North Redondo Beach, and quite frankly, Hong Kong Express and Louisiana Chicken is not one of them. Greasy and slightly smelly, things look and taste day old.

The Louisiana Chicken is greasy but very delicious. It's always warm, tender and juicy. I love it. The rice and chow mein is also very good. The prices are reasonable and the service is great.
