Yes it does have asian literature that you might need in an Asian American course or Ethnic Studies course. It is quite pricey and the place is small, but if the bookstore and ned's are sold out they might have it here.
3This bookstore has a great niche in Berkeley. As mentioned in the other reviews, this bookstore concentrates on Asian literature. At no other store will you find this many Asian books outside of SF. I've purchased Chinese and Korean novels from here. The owners are very friendly and are more than willing to help you find what you're looking for. The prices aren't to bad either, considering that a lot of the books are very hard to find. Their location on University makes it easy to get to, by bus or car. I recommend everyone with an interest in Asian literature check this place out and support the owners.

This store is a great store to find modern Asian American literary works. The store itself is very clean and feels very comfortable when you walk in. The store itself looks very modern but with a touch of traditional Asian decoration. The owner is very friendly and knows a lot about the books in his store.
