although it's part of a small chain, the food and service are good. Eat at the bar and say hi to Pepe, one of the friendliest bartenders you'll ever meet. Pretty good happy hour food and sports on the TVs

This is a great place for happy hours but it also works for a quick lunch. They are friendly and helpful staff. The food is great and I recommend the Tortilla Salad.

I've gone here 3 times. Two times it was good and one time it was bad. It has decent Mexican food but on the bad experience day, they lost our order. We waited patiently for an hour before complaining to the waiter. And then we waited an additional 20 minutes before getting our food. By then I was kind of sick of the chips and salsa on our table. If you go there, I recommend the steak or chicken fajitas.

PROS: The Mexican food is tasty............Good margaritas
CONS: I hope they don't lose your order

We ate here twice and both times, we were not fully satisfied with the food AND customer service. The waiters seemed like they were out of focus a bit, not really looking at you when you are ordering, not paying attention to what you are saying for example, while I'm ordering, he's looking around at other people behind him or aside from him, and then he gets the order wrong. They seemed to rush you in ordering and a little wobbly and floppy with the plates and glasses. The food wasn't hot. As we were walking by, saw some servers/chefs snack from a plate licking their fingers which I thought to myself, "was that someone's dinner?" I'm hoping it wasn't but that just looked weird when we can see it. I DO like Acapulco restaurants, (esp. the one in Seal Beach), but wouldn't recommend this one on Adams if you want to have a pleasant eating experience. ALso, you know, when I spend money at a restaurant, I do like to be greeted. We don't get a "hi", they just say, "this way", which kind of kills the whole happy to be there mood.

Pros: Nice decoration

Cons: customer service, and luke warm food,
