Stater Bros Markets

I am a frequent hopper at the victor ville stater bros. I have always had great service, and whenever I have asked for direction to a particular item I am usually escorted to the isle I would find it. There are several checkers that I always look for when checking out, because they have great customer service when working with the public. Most of them have many years with company and always great you with a smile and hello. After I read the review from a dissatisfied customer I believe he may have got his store's confused It sounds like he may have been shopping at Albertsons across the street. I also no that people will always tell you when you have done a bad job, and forget to praise you when you have done a good job. I enjoy shopping at this stater bros because i like how clean and organized it is. I also like the prices and sales. Every time I have gone the employees are always Nice.

PROS: great sales
CONS: sometimes no carts

The sale prices are good and the produce/meat departments are fresh. But, the lines are long and the store is brown. The color of the store alone makes me not want to shop there. I like a bright inviting store.
