The long wait makes complete sense, the food is amazing!Their portions are HUGE, so it is best to split a dish with a friend or family member.I have tried almost everything on their menu, I can't complain about one item yet. Try their Sunday brunch. A nice mimosa and a Monte Cristo sandwich is all I have to say.It is moderately priced and the atmosphere is loud but very worth it as again, the food it amazing.

It's almost a shame to order dinner at the Cheesecake Factory because the food is so good, you might not have room for dessert. Though the wait can be horrendous, the food is always good (like the Parmesan Crusted Chicken) and the service top notch. The cheesecakes they offer defy description because they are so varied and each one is fabulous. We have been known to take several pieces home because we couldn't choose just one.

There's something for everybody at Cheesecake Factory -- the menu is huge! I've always had a pretty good meal there and my kids love to go there. It's sufficiently noisy, so bringing kids is not a problem. Oh, and you gotta have a slice of cheesecake for dessert! One thing, it gets very crowded there for dinner.
PROS: good food, great cheesecake

We took the kids there and the food was ok, they enjoyed it at least and the help there was very good.
A bit pricey for what you get though and I would go there for the cheesecakes rather than dinner.

I think that The Cheesecake Factory is very overrated. The food is expensive, the wait is long and the services isn't that great. The decor reminds me of Las Vegas. The menu has adds for shoe stores in it. What's up with that? I would rather spend money at a smaller, family owned restaurant.

The food here is great, believe me but so many other factors which would turn you off. It was my birthday and we wanted to make sure we would have seating for friends when we got there, but they wouldnt accept reservations. If you are planning a special occasion outing at his CheeseCakeFactory, stay away. They are insensitive to such requests and wouldnt do anything to make your special day more special. The irony of the thing was, even before we ordered, we were given a bill, which they later realized was not ours ;)
PROS: Good food at times
CONS: Loong wait, Bread takes forever to come,Good items keep going of the menu

I love that there's plenty of healthy options on the menu. My favorites are the Thai Lettuce Wraps and Vietnamese Summer Rolls. However, parking is difficult and the wait can be very long.
