I placed an order through Waiters on Wheels for a corporate lunch. I ordered finger sandwiches, deviled eggs, salad and brownies. I placed my order 5 days before the event took place. First off, the driver was 45 minutes late. When I called WOW and asked for driver status, I was told he was late because the food wasn't ready. (I guess 5 days isn't long enough) Fast forward to the driver's arrival: Everything was covered in saran wrap. It seems they don't have normal catering containers. I think about 100 yards of saran wrap was used. The sandwiches were all smooshed together and had a ton of mayo on them. None of the sandwiches had anything on them EXCEPT mayo and the meat. It was horrible. I requested vegetarian choices and was given sandwiches with a slice of cheddar cheese on it and of course, mayo. Each sandwich was cut in quarters and each quarter had enough mayo to supply a full sandwich. Basically the sandwiches looked like they were prepared by an 8 year old. Then on top of that, the garden salad was warm and the deviled eggs weren't that good. How do you mess up deviled eggs? The brownie was fine but a woman does not live by brownie alone. I was NOT happy and I will never order from Luttickens again. Oh and when I called Luttickens to complain (where I was left on hold for 10 minutes), they claimed that it was WOW that was late and not them. In any case, it was not WOW that made those awful sandwiches and deviled eggs. I wouldn't feed my dog what they sent over. Also note: Those good reviews were over a year ago.

The folks at Lutticken's go out of their way to make it a fun, friendly place with outstanding food. The sandwiches are enormous - albeit a bit overpriced at times.

PROS: great food, friendly service
CONS: out of the way, expensive PB&J

This deli and catering service is absolutely the best. The food is always very fresh and the customer service is top of the line. The wait time for a quick sandwich is timeless and if you need to have a party or special occassion catered this deli is who you need to call.
