I ordered our wedding cake here and it was made beautifully. The prices were less than anyone else I interviewed. We had the fresh raspberries and a lemon layer too. The design was simple, but it was beautiful. We are celebrating our anniversary this weekend and I ordered one layer. I'm so excited to have their cake again. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We wanted a special cake for our daughter's 16th Birthday Party and found Edelweiss through the Web. The cake they made for us was magnificent and was the hit of the party. It was a two level cake with columns and beautiful decorations. The price was very competitive and most importantly, the cake was delicious. Lynn even showed me how to cut it to make it go a long way. I will never buy another Costco or Ralphs cake as long as I live and am definitely choosing quality over quantity from here on out!

The family here is awesome! Not only do they make you feel extremely special, but their food is to die for! I had an apple cinnamon cake thing on my first visit, and I had to go back for more! They do wedding cakes and all kinds of pastries and breads. Great place!

This is by far one of the best bakeries I have been to, and the only place I order cakes from when my office has a birthday. I have heard it is well worth breaking your diet for a piece of one of their cakes. Just the site of an Edelweiss box in my refrigerator sends people running to get some plates and forks (I have to order double what I need, they will come in droves). They have a large selection of cakes, both made that day and custom made by the next-day, and will decorate them to order as well. They set the standard for other bakeries in the area - definitely earning the number one ranking for cakes and pastries in San Diego. I think their prices are really good considering the quality that you get, but I don't frequent any other bakeries to compare it too.
They are located in the middle of the Mira Mesa Mall.
