Talini's Nursery & Garden Ctr

Having been born and raised in Sacto. I have been going to Talini's for many years. However today ended my association with that nursery. My dissatisfaction is due to poor customer service. I had a $75 gift certificate and after exploring for over an hour needed to use the washroom. I was told to go across the street to MacDonalds. I was never asked if I needed assistance and I was one of a few customers. I purchased some heavy items and needed help in loading them into the car but got none. I asked to talk to the mananger but waited for over 10 minutes in front of a closed door. I will never again recommend Talini's to friends and nor will my older sister.

after looking up nursery in elk grove I got about thirty matches on google. After looking up and calling almost of the nursery matches, I came up to your your name. Talinis nursey was last to be named, much to my surprise on my very last shot, you guys were the only place that had tuber roses. Because of this I will be able to give her the mothers day gift she wanted most. Thank you for your time, and great customer service. You saved my mothers day.
