Do not dare compare it to El Pollo Inka!
Not even close. This place knocks EPI away.
Food is too die for.
I always eat way too much here.
Large portions and great value.

There are many different dishes on the menu to try but I just love the loma saltado. I order it every time I go with my family. Then we share with each other! Delicious food!

MMMM...how do I love Peruvian food. This is good food. It holds it's own against the competition across the street. Nice ambiance, well lit and great food. Good pricing and ample portions. Definitely worth a try.

Ecuadorian and Peruvian food have lots in common but i definitely like Peruvian ceviches better. I really liked that i found many desserts from south america like alfajores and queso de leche. The pollo apanado is pretty good too.

I'm a regular in the Gardena location and they're always busy! I think this is proof that their food is good if not great! Their aji sauce is just amazing. Service can be slow at times which may be due to the fact that they're almost

Pros: good food, ample parking, great aji sauce!

Cons: slow service when its packed but not too big of a deal to be concerned about.

By far, El Rocoto is considered the peruvian restaurant in southern California with the best Ceviche in town. The service is always friendly and the rest of the food is just great.

I have had most things on their very large menu and I have to say that I've never been disappointed. This is a small and busy restaurant with a great and warm staff.

I love this place, and the location in Cerritos is great too. The aji (chile) sauce is out of this world. In my experience, Peruvian restaurants don't do a very good job on pasta dishes, such as Tallerin Verde con Bistec (pesto pasta
