Petrillo's Pizza Restaurant

I have been going to Petrillo's since i was a little kid. my grandparents would only order there pizza from here and i cant blame them. Huge pizza and great prices.

I come to Petrillo's alllllll the time. The pizza is the best around, and while it may seem expensive, it is actually pretty moderately priced for how large their portions are and how filling their food is. The wait to be seated varies with what day you go, what time it is and how large your party is. If you have over 6 people expect AT LEAST a 20 minute wait Friday through Sunday, the wait has been know to reach 2 hours sometimes! The restaurant is really really small with only about 20 tables, but the atmosphere is worth the wait. There are latices with faux grape vines, copper ceilings, and a fountain in the middle of it all. I have found that if you are polite to the servers, they are polite right back, but I have seen some occasions where unreasonable customers have met with brusque replies and basic service. The take-out is also a good choice if you don't want to wait to be seated, you can call ahead and order. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to small parties and families, but seeing as how they don't take reservations at night, I would consider take-out for larger parties (They offer catering options as well).

My family has enjoyed Petrillos for over 20 years ! San Gabriel, Glendora and Upland.. all consistently signature Petrillos ! fresh,tasty ingredients and they are generous with the toppings ! That sausage they use is incredible !! Considering the size of that large pizza, the price is great...When we order for a family gathering, everyone knows to save their appetite..everyone ends up satisfied ! The bread is yummy, and the younger service people can be typically immature... but when we eat in (not at Upland location-only take out here) the food makes up for it !! The antipasto is good, and I've only had the other dishes a few times.. I just love this pizza too much to attempt anything else..my only real complaint is that they dont offer PEPSI as an option !

The food selection is good, portions are large and tasty. The pizza is really good and extremely filling but I recommend ordering extra sauce. The pizza is really well priced and the atmosphere is nice so I am a frequent customer. The service is at times a little rude/immature and there is often a wait even when tables appear open. But despite that I remain a frequent client and do recommend Petrillo's Pizza.

I've been to Petrillo's three times; each time I was unimpressed and treated rudely. My impression: treated rudely, kept waiting for service, expensive, food is just ok - overpriced and not very good. Had we been treated like they cared whether or not we were even there, I would try another item and go back.

this place is terrific. the service is usually pretty slow so dont go here if you are in a hurry. but it is definately worth a trip if you have the time for a leisurely meal. the pizza is sooo good. i go with my roomates all the time and we get the cheese pizza with pinapple on it. definely go here if you are in the area. prices are reasonable.

My roomate and I discovered this place on a hungry night. Oh so good they bring you a huge loaf of bread, then hearty portions. We love the pizza here, but they have great Italian dishes as well. Not long of a wait except on weekend nights. Try it out!
