B & B The Color Salon

Trina was a FANTASTIC hair stylist! She was very attentive, highly skilled, and was able to recover my natural color to my satisfaction. I am new to the area and had a hard time knowing who to trust. Two people had highly recommended this salon and they were right. Great atmosphere, ambience, and selection of services. She has an apprentice Katherine who was fab too and with the both of them working together, you will not be disappointed.

What a great salon here in Eureka, who knew?! Now I don't have to wait to go home (SF) to get my hair done. They fixed up my color perfectly and the people were really nice. They made time to make sure I got my brows waxed. They had Bumble&Bumble too. Creme de Cocoa shampoo & condish is the only thing I'll use on my hair :) Looove this place.

Two days ago I called B&B to ask if they had a product and asked the price. I was quoted $19. Today I went in to pick up the product and looked at the hand written price on the bottom of the product which stated $19.00. I went to check out and told the clerk I really like this product and she agreed, but then told me the total was $24.70. I looked at the bottom of the container again and yes, it said $19.00. When I told her it was $19.00, she said oh yes, but we just had to change the cost yesterday. I explained that was not legal to have a published price and try to sell it at an inflated price. Which was $5.00 more than $19.00! I did not purchase the product. Not happy.

I orders something like 60 bucks worth of supplies from B and B and it has taken over a month each time for my products to get to me. Not only that, I have to call to check on the status. I mean how hard is it really to let your customer know whats going. When I do talk to someone it's a run-around game of who did or didn't do what they said they would. Where did the customer service go? This is just not how to keep people coming back.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed! Not only was the salon beautiful and CLEAN, the staff was so helpful and knowledgable! I had had a very bad experience with a color from another salon, and just went in to see what could be done. Not only did they give me great advice they were so professional about not criticizing the other salons lack of experience. The stylist fixed my hair and the price was MORE than worth it! Best salon experience I have ever had!!

I am new to Eureka, so finding a good hair salon can be tricky. I went to B&B and had a great experience. Nicole was my hair stylist. She served me coffee and was very friendly. The salon and the rest of the staff are very cute and trendy. I wanted bangs and highlights, and my hair looks and feels amazing. After you go the first time they also send a 30% off coupon in the mail good for their store products.It was the most I've ever spent on getting my hair done, but it was totally worth it and I will be going back.

This place is a little on the pricy side, but not bad when you consider that you really get spa treatment. The stylists really know their stuff and the place is beautiful. This salon has a really good selection of products. On of the best things about this place is that they give you a list of all the products they used on your hair, but don't give you a sales pitch or guilt trip to buy them. I have only gotten cuts, but I have friends who have gotten great coloring at B&B.

In addition to being a full service beauty salon with a friendly and talented staff they also have a large store with salon products that anyone can buy. You'll find things here you won't find anywhere else but professional salons and the prices are great. Stock up during liter days, their best sales!

PROS: great staff, huge selection, great prices
CONS: none!

We have been going to this salon for several years. My son has been getting his hair cut here since he was little and they do a great job with a very active boy who wont sit still. They always do an excellent job and everyone who works there is super friendly. The prices are good too ($10 for a kid and $15 for a mens haircut) They have a big parking lot that is always easy to find a spot in.

They do wonderful colorings and cuts, they carry just about every name brand product you could ask for. They have a friendly staff and a nice location. I enjoy the atmsosphere and the great hair colorings I get there.

PROS: hair colorists, stylists, wonderful products
CONS: Prices can be high
