San Diego Jewelry Buyers

When looking to sell some jewelry I looked online and found a few places in san Diego. I went to another store before going to SDJB. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and was offered twice as much as the previous store front I went to. I was treated well while there and was in and out quickly. I highly recommend speaking with Carl if you have some jewelry you'd like to sell!

If you want quick, easy, honest and painless, then go see Carl Blackburn. I was in & out of his office shorter than standing in line at a popular restaurant. He was referred to me by a co-worker who had researched on line selling her gold. She, then another co-worker, tested the waters with Carl. I recently moved to San Diego and had old gold jewelry that I wanted to sell. After speaking with Carl over the phone, I felt quite comfortable with their pricing strategy and therefore made an appointment. He was very professional and hospitable and I got a great deal on my gold. Definitely recommend going to him.

I had shopped many different buyers and had even sold some gold thinking I was getting a great price. After meeting with Carl I found that he truly pays top dollar and I will not go anywhere else. He was both friendly and professional and really took the time to look at my jewerly before offering a price. When I left his store I did not feel that I had just been scammed as I had in a previous transaction. Do not waste your time with anyone else. I recommend Carl to all my family and friends. Feel confident in the fact that you will get the best deal around !

For quite awhile I had been thinking about selling some old gold jewelry that was broken and/or that I no longer wear, but I kept putting it off because I was not sure it would be worth my time and also I wasn't looking forward to dealing with a buyer. I was really very hesitant because I have heard a lot of negative things about the places where you send your gold off in an envelope etc. However, I did some research on the internet and found nothing but positive comments about Carl Blackburn and San Diego Jewelry Buyers so I decided to visit SDJB even though I was not sure if my few broken pieces were worth their time--I could not have been more wrong! Carl was extremely nice and patient with my many questions and stayed past his usual closing time. It was a pleasure to deal with Carl and the amount I was paid for my gold was a VERY pleasant surprise. I have been handing out SDJB business cards to my friends and colleagues and several of them have taken their gold to Carl and had the same experience. I highly recommend visiting Carl or at least giving him a call if you have any gold or jewelry that you no longer wear. Carl also has some beautiful jewelry for sale at excellent prices--I'm looking forward to returning to make a purchase!

Very friendly, personable, and quick! I didn't know what to expect when I walked into SDJB, but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't get a creepy pawn shop feeling, and I feel like I got a great price for my bangle. The location was great because their was a parking lot across the street. I look forward in doing business with them in the future.

Carl bought some old junk gold jewelry from me and I found some new jewelry for my wife for x-mas! He offered my a fair price for my scrap and took care of me on an eternity band jus in tie for the holiday. Now I look like a hero, and still have cash in my pocket from the deal! Thanks carl!

When my wife requested I help her sell her gold, I spent two weeks reading reviews, sending emails and reading the fine print on out of state buyers websites. Out of all my inquires San Diego Jewelry Buyers responded in a candid professional manner. We ended up doing selling our gold with them and we walked out knowing we did not get ripped off. They took their time, explained the process and paid more than we expected. If your still trying to decide where to sell you gold, I recommended you give SDJB a call and at least talk to them. I got clued in to San Diego Jewelry Buyers by reading their sellers guide posted at the San Diego Luxury Pawn Shop Report. And I'm glad I did. No BS, just a straightforward honest appraisal of the Rolex I was selling, and a full explanation of why they were offering me that price. These guys are consummate professionals.

I had did a lot of calling around before heading downtown to visit San Diego Jewelry Buyers to talk about an old art deco necklace that I wanted to sell. I have to say talking with them was a breath of fresh air. Rather than just talking about stones and gold weight, they went right into talking about the small company that made the piece, the design, and where they thought they could find a good buyer. I took advantage of their one month free loan, and eventually got a price at least 20% higher than other offers. I couldnt recommend them more highly.
