At the time I was low-income &quot;of course&quot; yet he provided me with care anyway, despite going through the hassle of dealing with cheap insurance companies. </p> <p>The only problem is that his dental work was WAY out dated! I have caps in my mouth that look like stones and white rocks. I went to a cosmetic dentist and was told that ALL of my caps need to be replaced!
