Aida's University Book

This place can be an advantage to purchase books, but the people that work there are rude. I purchased a book a week after class started, next DAY I tried to return it and the "manager" said no can't do, the sale was final. I was returning the book because I bought the wrong book.

very bad vibe from the two ladies who worked there that day, the book I wanted was overpriced compared to other places I went to. used book $90 compared to $60. they were rude and felt uncomfortable-eyeing me like I was stealing something. rather pay more then to go here

The typical student at college will automatically go to the university bookstore to buy books. Although they usually carry everything you need, their prices are usually outrageous, even on used books. This is where Aidas is a great alternative. While they might not have every book you need, they will have most of them at discount prices. They even carry used copies of some books. The benefit of this option is that you still get your book the same day (unlike if you ordered books off of a website) but get lower prices. It's even located close to a university. A great bargain for most students.

i have been going here for years as an alternative to buying school books on campus. the books are usually way cheaper too and i've been lucky enough for them to have books i needed that were sold out at my school's on-campus bookstore. a downside is that the aisles are kind of narrow so if you are trying to buy books at the beginning of a semester when the store gets the most business, you're running the risk of almost suffocating and constantly being in someone's way and someone constantly being in your way as well. ...but i don't mind it that much since i save tons of money there and the shopping lines go really fast.

This place is a good place to buy textbooks if you were trying to save money. Yet they might not have all the books the university book store has.
