Little Lucca Sandwich Shop

i've grown up with this sandwich shop. the sandwiches are huge. my favorite is the crab sandwich, it's only available on certain days, so you have to make sure you are there on the right one. but, i also like the turkey and roast beef sandwiches. and the dutch crunch bread is the best i've tasted.

Though many know about it, there are so many that have missed out on trying this gem. It's so good that I've actually gone to buy a sandwich in the morning to take for lunch and ended up having it for breakfast (then I've bought another for lunch). I'm actually out of state now and have asked people that have flown out to bring me a little lucca sandwich. If you're there enjoy it!

little lucca is pretty small but the awesome sandwiches make up for it! everything is fresh and real. its very popular with kids after school. you havent had a real sandwich if you havent tried little luca's.

LITTLE LUCCA HAS THE BEST DELI SANDWICHS IN SSF. THE GARLIC SPREAD IS GREAT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD TOO. THEY ALWAYS HAVE VARIETY OF CHOICES..

luccas has the best sanwhiches on earth. its a small family shop and everyone there tries to make the line a steady pace so no one leaves. they carry all types of bread , drinks, and chips.

PROS: really good food
CONS: the lines get outrageous b/c its so good

this place has the best garlic spread it is a cute little place use to be family owned but not any more but still is good but at lunch time the wait is long and parking is not that good.

Little Lucca Sandwich Shop & Deli is a very small and affordable sandwich shop wich is located in a small shop. If i worked therte i would probbaly eat a sandwich for lunch every day.

LITTLE LUCCAS HAVE THE BEST SANDWICHES THEY HAVE SUCH A LARGE VARIETY. THE PLACE IS A LITTLE SMALL, THE SERVICE IS PRETTY GOOD. THE PARKING IS NOT THAT GREAT.

Excellent sandwiches from their menu or even create your own. Their portions are large but the price is very reasonable. You've got the try their garlic spread, it's to die for. Enjoy.

Little Lucca's has the best sandwiches. The garlic spread is to die for. The staff is very friendly. The best time to go is before or after normal lunch hours. There is usually a line outside the door and you will never find a table to eat at.

Little Lucca's makes the best sandwiches in south san francisco. The price for a sandwich is very reasonable and they are huge. The place is small parking could be hard to find but it is worth it.

Very cute little sandwich shop located on El Camino Real of South City. This place should be a landmark because it has been around for so long and everyone in So. City has heard of Little Lucca. You can have any sandwich with all the trimmings you want on the menu OR you can request a special sandwich just the way you like it. During Lunch hour... call in your order and pick it up .. There's usually a line outside the shop and you will never find a table to eat in. During the summer, they employ high school kids which is great!! It has changed owners a couple of times but their great service and great food is always excellent!!!

We have been going to Little Lucca's for over 20 years. They have the best sandwiches... although you need to get there early to get the shrimp! Dont let the little house fool you - it's the best sandwich on the Peninsula!

This sandwich shop is like no other. It looks like a little old house from the outside and when you walk in it's a complete deli. They've got the best crab sandwiches among others but the crab on dutch crunch bread is the only one I order when I'm there. If I know I'm going to be in the area I call ahead of time to place my order and make a side trip over to pick up my sandwich. The difference between Little Lucca sandwiches and others is the garlic sauce. Absolutely delicious. All ingredients are fresh. The sandwiches are so big that I save the rest of it for my dinner. That's a lot of sandwich for $6. An absolute treat. They've done so well through the years that they opened up a Little Lucca sandwich shop in Burlingame.
