Very professional... friendly... and prompt service. They also assisted me with contacting Nissan Corporate in my attempt to obtain maintenance records from another Nissan dealership I used to bring my vehicle to prior to its closing for business.

I love Felix. I fortunately met him 2 weeks before I ended up buying the vehicle and knew immediately I should buy from him. He made sure to get me what I needed and wanted. It was the best car purchase experience so far of my life.

This was a new car purchase so there really wasn`t any work done. I am considering purchasing roof rails and cross bars sometime in the future. However my purchase experience could not have been better! My salesman Diogenes was adorable and awesome. You could see how much he really cared. If I had to rate my experience I would say A+++++++

When I have needed to do a repair... I`ve never had an issue of my car not working and it needed to be done again. Everything is done the first time. Pat on the back to John, PJ, Krystal, Cynthia, Chris, Alan and Luanna! Love them!

The staff did go out of their way to have the car ready in less time than what it was promised. I really appreciated that because that day I needed to pick up my son after and still made it on time. Thank you very much. I really appreciated that.

I`ve been buying my cars since 1999 from Vista Ford and I never had the experience there that I had at Miller Honda. I found my new place to buy my cars. At Miller Honda they really make you feel at home especially having 2 kids with me. Thank you!

The Miller Honda Service Center apparently is not interested in helping resolve the well documented Honda Civic Hybrid CVT Transmission slippage problem.

My Civic Hybrid has been into this shop to repair this problem (4) times now and since it is very close to going out of the already extended warranty that covers this specific problem, I am not getting any help with it.

The car will only exibit the problem after a 25+ mile freeway trip and this was explained to the service advisor. After finding "No problems with the car" I asked how far did they drive it. "Around the block a few times" was the reply. After many back and forth phone calls I volunteered to come in & drive the car around with the service manager to get the car to exibit the problem.

I never received any phone call back from my service advisor other that to come pick up the car. I called and left a voice mail for Service Director Tom Swire to discuss options to get the car repaired, but unfortunately he did not find it important enough to return my phone call.

Do yourself a favor, don't buy your car from this dealer and expect that they will take good care of you or your car when you need Warranty Service. It's almost like they are trying to discourage me from coming back and having to take the warranty issue elsewhere.

The salesman didn't seem very knowledgeable about automobiles in general, but it was fine because I knew what I was looking for. He was obnoxious and conceited, but I endured his senseless ramblings. After all, I was happy with the civic I was purchasing.

Nine days after signing the contract though, the dealership called wanted $2,500 more down or I had to return the car immediately. The calls continued, so finally I just arranged to meet with the financial adviser, though I was not willing to renegotiate the contract. The whole experience was so ridiculous and stressful. I would never go back or recommend that anyone else purchase a car through this dealership. I did, however, end up keeping the car at my original rate, and I am happy with it.

So, I too kit to Miller Honda and after a quick diagnosis and run through, they??ve explained the problem to me and offered a solution at a reasonable price. I?m currently driving a gas guzzler and with the prices of gas these days, its probably the best market to get into something with higher mpg AND something that?s probably more eco-friendly. I researched a few dealerships to get quotes and to see what was in stock. Apparently, a lot of other people are in the same boat b/c the stock is low due to the high demand. Miller Honda was one of the few dealerships that had it in stock. I went to the dealership and test drove the Insight and fell in love. I negotiated a rate that I could afford and was even able to trade in my gas guzzler. Miller Honda FTW!

They always give me a breakdown of what to expect during my service and when I should return for specific maintenance like a/c filters and the like. The service guys always treat me with respect and seem to really value my business. I??ll keep going back as long as I have a Honda. I may even go back to get a new one when the times right. But in terms of service, I??ll give them two thumbs up.

And what I also didn?t realize was that their service facilities, which is HUGE by the way ( and on Sepulveda Blvd.), is stocked with the vast majority of their new cars. If I had known this, I would have gone to them earlier. Anyways, I recently went there to service my Honda and while I was waiting for them to complete my maintenance, I was able to check out the lot full of new cars. I?m extremely eager now to see what kind of deals I can get. I?ll report back one day when I check out their sales dept. As for now, this is just a review to let you know that they have two lots.

The usual, annoying saleman who doesn't listen and will try and sell me anything I can't really afford by saying he can make a 6 into a 9. This is how the forclosure mess happened on a smaller scale. not a bad guy, thinks he is doing his job, but he read me wrong. Management must be almost as inattentive, which shouldn't happen in a Honda dealership. Sigh, I won't be back.
