Doesn't matter where you go to get T Mobile Phone service, it's virutally the same in my opinion, but why would you get T Mobile?

Honestly, I have never been more disappointed with a phone service and a cell phone in my life.

T Mobile, in the san jose area, especially Saratoga, has the worst reception i've ever used. I can't even get service in Santana Row in the middle of San Jose let alone my home (no service at all). I believe the phone is unable to receive service about 70% of the time for me. Mostly because there is no service in Saratoga at all, and I work in San Jose, commute to Berkeley / Albany often, and those places aren't great either.

This motorola Phone is terrible V something, blue flip phone . aboslutely terrible. I don't know what kind of idiot engineer managed to make this so terrible.

The phone is slow, it runs like a hefty operating system on a crappy platform. I'm always waiting as it lags every button you push. It always tries to log you onto the web, to make you pay for something, you have tu custom your button to get rid of this always enabled WEB button that screws you games all cost money.

The side buttons (outside of phone) do not work. You cannot silence your phone easily, if it is in your pocket ringing during a meeting -- it's that poorly designed.

Silencing the outside buttons, that tend to be pushed in your pocket as you move around is ridiculous.

for example, there are these categories loud, soft, silent, and vibrate

pretty self explanatory

In a meeting, if you are in the loud setting, trying to go to silent setting, it will beep as u change it NO WAY AROUND,

You cannot get rid of the loud redial success beep, so if you dial and you are out of service, it will allow u to redial the same number, upon success it screams a beep that cannot be supressed. Also stores phone numbres DOUBLE, once for SIM once for phone memory, cannot get rid of it

PROS: cheap
CONS: the service is horrible, customer service reps are idiots
