Great experience here, with great customer service, which is #1 in my book. Prices are reasonable, and I kid you not, they actually offer me sodas, snacks, drop me off at Costco, etc etc. Wow! I never had such a royal treatment anywhere else.
Very honest people... I called around and I knew that although my BMW is older, it does not need the evap test. They were the only one who told me so.... the others tried to take advantage and charged me extra. I went there, and they were so fast, I came back same day with my other vehicle.
I went in last Saturday, and I was served right away. The difference between these guys and others I went to in prior years was the level of service done to my car. Price-wise, they are very competitive, so not bad. When I needed to leave for Costco for a little bit, they offered to drop me off over there although it was only a block away.
I feel for these guys... my car was not the easiest to smog, since it was quite old. But Ed took care of the car and even re-tried testing the fuel line a couple of times because the results were ambiguous. Anyway, it passed, and I dont have to hold my breath for another year. Yay!
I was referred to here from Kelly and Rey from 7 Days a Week Smog in Berkeley... I've always gone there for the last 3 years, and tried this location because it is close enough to work.
The Berkeley shop is always the best in my opinion, but I got great service here too. No complaints, highly recommended.
I got the coupon from InsiderPages for $20 off, and called in. They gave me the out the door price, including everything, so I felt very good about going there. The place was clean, they took care of my car immediately, and while I waited I snacked on some Cheese-Its and Diet Coke. Before long, I was out, and my car passed!!!
