Buyer beware: get ready to experience firsthand what it feels like to be an individual consumer at the mercy of corporate America. I ordered $2700 worth of cabinets from Master Bath after reading good reviews of MB online, and I was shocked to discover EVERY one was broken or gouged. FYI: Ikea makes better quality cabinets for 1/4 the price. When I went to the store in a panic to request a refund, I talked to the mgr. for special orders and was told, ""I have to talk to my manager."" I heard this song and dance over and over for the next EIGHT WEEKS. I stupidly believed he would call me back by promised dates, and he NEVER did; it was I who had to call the store to get an update after deadlines had passed, and even then, I was usually told, ""I have to talk to my mgr."" I was totally taken advantage of, especially b/c I was nice about everything, but HD had my money, and who wants to help a customer who harrasses? I had to move out of my small 1BR condo because it was filled with broken cabinets for SIX WEEKS and made it unlivable. It took threatening legal action, filing w/ B. B. B., and contacting the media to have the cabinets removed and get a full refund. If you have problems at this HD, ask for the only competent person there, ROXANNE. She personally brought a truck to my home to collect the broken cabinets, and it was she who figured out that my refund hadn't been processed for two weeks after it had been promised b/c the special orders mgr. never bothered to tell me he didn't have my credit card number. I was put in financial peril by HD's antics, and this disaster cost me EIGHT weeks of my life; it was a NIGHTMARE in customer service. I'm a young ethnic female who saved for YEARS for this project, and I wonder if I would have been so horrendously jerked around were I a 50 year-old white man. I feel powerless to do anything about this situation; what does the feedback of one customer matter to a Fortune 500 company, much less the Torrance HD?

Never again will I use the HD home delivery service. We placed a large order to rennovate our entire kitchen and bath -- and paid the $89 home delivery charge-- and out of the order we received the (1) wrong color toilet tank (2) wrong size toilet basin (3) wrong model toilet seat (which looks like it was another customer's return-- the box was delivered to us obviously opened) (4) a cracked bath vanity countertop (5) 2 additional bath hooks (6) and no guest towel racks (which we did NOT know until we unwrapped the entire plastic wrapped pallet of items delivered) and (7) wrong type of special order colored grout-- an all of these items were Correctly listed on our invoice, and receipt! And-- if you try to return anything, you MUST wait in the long Guest Services line since thats where the order was placed... so after making all of our arrangements in advance, when the contractors arrived, we ended up making multiple trips to HD to return items and purchase replacements....thankfully we discovered a Lowes nearby.

PROS: convenient location
CONS: waste of money, MANY erroneous items delivered, items missing

The staff here isn't all that helpful, in fact, it is hard to find anyone in an orange apron when you need them. This store is in a huge shopping center with lots of other stores too so the parking isn't all that great and it is a very busy parking lot.
