I want to get a job here to spit into Estefanee's food. Some people don;t deserve food and should eat out of the gutter. Life is wasted on idiots. Poison is too good for them.

What more could you want? Handmade tortillas, excellent grilled meats, pinatas and all sorts of junk hung from the ceiling. One of the few sit-down restaurants I wouldn't mind taking a date to in Boyle Heights, La Parilla is an institution. The carne asada plate is excellent and everything else is big and good. The place almost always has a couple police officers eating there, so you know trouble's not going to come knocking (a good thing if you've ever been to BH).

The service in this restaurant is very poor. I've been to the other locations of La parrilla and the taste of their food and service is much much higher.
