After one year my Banner Mattress started to break down. Banner claims that it is not broken down enought. This was the most expensive mattress I ever purchased and it lasted the least. These Mattress are no good and they dont care.

We bought an expensive King mattress - the "Rosanna" - very thick, with a pillowtop on one side only. We were instructed NOT to flip it. Within 2 years, the mattress springs sunk so low that we both developed lower back pain. We've tried to live with it, but after 3 1/2 years or sore backs, we figured there must have been a design flaw in this mattress. I called their warranty dept. and got a recording to leave name and address. A claim form was sent, with lots of info on how to measure depressions in the mattress (a straight-edge on top), and disclaimers saying that 1 1/2" was industry standard. Our visible depression was 1", but it's not the top foam that is the problem! It's the springs! They aren't strong enough to support 2 normal-weight adults!!! Their reply: Sorry you're not happy, but there's nothing wrong with the design. You can buy another mattress at "wholesale." We are very unhappy with our mattress and with Banner Mattress' way of treating customers. Don't buy from them!!!
