i don't come to this place very often, but when i do, i always get the specialty chicken. it's has a crispy breading and is drizzled with a honeyed textured sauce. you have to try it!

First of all, I would recommend taking the food to go at this place. The service and restaurant are not the most appealing. With that said, this place provides cheap Chinese food with the sense of it being cooked at home. I personally recommend the fried wonton soups, often called hung tao yee wonton and op gung yee wonton. They are delicious. My dad makes them, but this is faster and easier to get.

I've away Kams for 14 years since I graduated from USF. Came back and had the Gourmet Chicken and still tasted great and the same, a must eat item. It was $5.50 back in 1990 and now $6.25, still a chep meal and great value. Also try the
